Our process
From idea to piece. This is how Jhugo3D works.
Design
We receive your idea or file. If you don't have a design, we help you find one from the catalogue or create one from scratch.
Slicing
We prepare the model for the printer: adjusting layers, infill, supports and temperature according to the material.
Printing
The printer works layer by layer. Hugo supervises every job to ensure quality.
Finishing
We remove supports, sand if necessary and inspect the piece before delivery.
Frequently asked questions
How long does an order take?
The lead time depends on the size and complexity of the piece. Write to us and we'll give you the exact time for your order.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes. Go to the Custom section, describe what you need and we'll prepare a quote.
Do you accept own files (STL, STEP, OBJ)?
Yes. Send us the file by email and we'll print it in the material and color you choose. soportejhugo3d@gmail.com.
How do I pay?
We agree on the payment method when confirming the order. We accept bank transfer and Bizum.
